With a strong background in new-build residential developments, we understand the practical challenges that arise during aftercare and post-handover snagging. Despite best efforts by site teams, it is not always possible to identify every issue prior to completion, particularly where properties have not yet been lived in.
As a result, developers are often left coordinating multiple trades to address snagging lists compiled by professional defect inspectors or homeowners—creating delays, inefficiencies and unnecessary management burden.

We operate as a single point of responsibility, taking full ownership of snagging and aftercare works. Snagging schedules are issued to us, and returned fully completed—reducing coordination, programme time and cost. Using our directly managed labour force and established supply chain, we are able to both deliver the works efficiently and source required materials, ensuring a streamlined and reliable service from start to finish.
